Come and discover our warm African villa and its beautifully wooded garden located in the heart of the quiet residence "Les Jardins de Popenguine". 24/7 secure residence with guardhouse. A communal pool is at your disposal composed of 3 pools with a paddling pool near a bar restaurant. A private beach is located 150 m away, equipped with deckchairs and huts. The villa has an touristic agreement. The space Detached villa with floor consisting of 3 bedrooms plus a mezzanine. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with split air conditioning and fans. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with toilet. 1 large living room open to a fully equipped American kitchen: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, blender. Upstairs: A 1st bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. A 2nd bedroom composed of 2 single beds and a private bathroom with toilet. The 2 bedrooms have access to the upper terrace equipped with a relaxation area with armchairs and sofa. The mezzanine is equipped with a relaxation area, rest with 2 large benches and armchairs at your disposal. Outside the villa you will find a room with the washing machine. Guest access All parts of the villa can be accessed by guests Other things to note - The villa is available from 3 nights. Rates including: - Gas consumption - Fiber optic Wi-Fi - Linens with beach towels. - The fatou (housekeeper and cook) 3 days/week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. except Sundays and public holidays. Possibility to request additional days at extra cost - Check-out cleaning fee Not included in the rental rate to be paid on-site before departure: 1- Electricity consumption (€0.22 per Kwh) with entry and exit reading of the villa. 2- Water consumption (€1.20 per m3) with entry and exit reading of the villa. 3- Upon arrival, an advance on consumption (water and electricity) will be requested of €10/day of rental (7000 CFA). 4- As the villa has a tourist agreement, a tourist tax will be requested: 1000 CFA/day (or €1.5) per adult from 18 years old.
