Set in the center of a 700 m² tropical garden, this villa combines comfort, luxury, and ideal proximity to the beach, offering an exceptional Bali experience. A tropical garden with private sea salt pool: The entire villa faces a large 11 x 4 m private pool, filled with sea salt for a gentler and more natural swimming experience that offers multiple skin and health benefits. Wide steps allow easy entry into the water. Around the pool, a deck furnished with sun loungers and large bean bags invites you to relax and unwind. After a day at the beach, an outdoor shower in the garden lets you cool off in peace and quiet. A unique living space with a wooden joglo: The heart of the villa is a magnificent wooden joglo - an impressive living space with a carved ceiling and wooden pillars, creating an authentic and warm atmosphere. Large ceiling fans ensure a pleasant breeze throughout the day. This space includes a very large dining table for up to 12 guests, a modern and comfortable lounge area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, water dispenser (with two complimentary bottles), and all necessary utensils and crockery. On either side of the joglo, two large covered terraces with armchairs and coffee tables provide access to three of the bedrooms. A large billiards table is also available for guest enjoyment. Luxurious rooms overlooking the tropical garden: The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large dressing room with safe, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower with dual rain showers. It also includes a dedicated work area with an ergonomic chair, desk, and monitor - ideal for remote work or creative sessions. The second and third bedrooms are equally spacious and bright, each with a large double bed, a dressing room, an office area, and a private bathroom with basin, shower, and toilet. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have sliding glass doors with views of the pool and garden, as well as blackout curtains for restful nights. The fourth bedroom is in a separate pavilion, featuring two double beds, a dressing area, desk, and en-suite bathroom. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends. The twin beds can be joined to form a king-size bed upon request. Other things to note Welcome to your villa getaway. Please note that the shortcut from Balangan to the Uluwatu/Bingin area is closed between 11 PM - 5 AM. This is clearly indicated at the barrier gate, as the road is not a main road but part of a residential area. However, you may still use the main Uluwatu street at any time. If you arrive before 2pm, don't worry - drop off your luggage at our office and soak up Balangan Beach vibes while we prepare your villa. For late arrivals after 7pm, give us a heads-up so we can ensure a warm welcome upon your arrival. A gentle reminder: check-out time is by late morning, 11am at the latest. To keep the villa pristine for our next guests, any unplanned late departures might incur an extra night's charge. Your cooperation ensures that every guest enjoys a fresh, inviting villa experience.
