In the apartment, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019, the most modern comfort meets stylish furnishings on 91 m². The apartment is on the second floor and has two balconies. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a box-spring double bed and one with 2 single box-spring beds. The apartment is on our vacation farm, where a lot is offered for the vacation: pool house, sauna, goats, chickens, trampoline, children's vehicles, slackline, and much more! The space The 4-star apartment "Sperlingslust" is a special highlight: in the apartment, which was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019, 91 m² of modern comfort meets stylish furnishings in a modern country house style. The apartment is on the second floor and has two balconies. One balcony is on the south side and protected on two sides by house walls. The front balcony is covered by a large awning and thus offers a cozy place even in bad weather. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a box-spring double bed and one with two single box-spring beds that can also be pushed together. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge incl. freezer, 4-burner stove, oven and dishwasher. There is plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans and other utensils available for all guests. The large, bright living room with its two cozy sofas offers enough space to relax. The apartment is equipped with: - Central heating - Modern vinyl flooring - Box-spring beds in comfort height - Modern bathroom with large shower - Free Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen with sufficient dishes and utensils - Linens and towels included - Fly/pollen protection in front of at least one window per room - TV with satellite reception in the living room and in the large bedroom - Private gas grill, 2 sun loungers and large parasol on the balcony - USB double charging socket in both bedrooms - Non-smoking apartment - Animal hair-free (no pets allowed) - All outlets with child safety lock - Parking in the yard (carport available for a fee) In the pool house with a large 7 x 4 m pool with table soccer, darts and seating area, bad weather days can also be bridged. The pool is solar heated and reaches pleasantly warm temperatures in summer. In winter, it is more suitable for the hardy or as a cold pool after the sauna. The sauna area invites you to relax and recharge. There are 2 loungers and 2 comfortable chairs available. The sauna room is a lockable separate room that can be booked for a fee (also on site) for exclusive use (from €20 for 2 hours for 2 people). The "baby package" (travel crib + extra mattress, high chair, bathtub & changing table) can be booked for an additional €5 per night. Carport can be booked for an additional €5 per night. Please inquire about availability in advance for both. Towels and linens are included as initial equipment. On request, e.g. for longer stays, we will gladly provide new towels and sheets (for an extra charge). Horse boxes are available in case you want to go on vacation with your horse (riding hall, riding arena and wonderful riding environment available) More pictures and information about our vacation farm can be found on our website. Guest access You'll have the whole place to yourselves. The apartment is on the second floor. The outdoor areas with trampoline, kettle car, goats and chickens are available to all guests. The pool house (solar heated in summer) is available free of charge to all and is used by all vacation guests. The sauna can be booked for exclusive use for a fee (from €20 for 2 hours for 2 people). Other things to note The apartment is located on our farm with an active horse breeding.
