On the second floor are two twin bedrooms and another shower room, which are ideally suited to children. Floors throughout the property are marble except the bedrooms and bathrooms which are tiled. Outside the villa has a large covered marble terrace providing invaluable shade which is fenced off from the private swimming pool and separate children's splash pool. The swimming pool area has an outside shower and their is also a built in BBQ within the terrace area. The garden is stocked with an abundance of fruit trees including apples, oranges, plums etc . There is a private driveway for parking. Dalyan is an unspoilt small town situated within a conservation area. The famous Iztuzu Beach with its 5km of soft golden sand is only a short drive away, and can be accessed either via public transport including by a boat taxi. Dalyan provides a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops with the emphasis on families. Although Dalaman International Airport is only 25 minutes away, and therefore ideal for short transfers, guests often comment that they are not aware of its presence.
