Modern studio on the outskirts of Hamburg

Our lovingly furnished studio/apartment is located on the outskirts of Hamburg in a quiet new development area of Dassendorf on the B-207. It is only 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. Our place is modernly decorated and quietly located, but still central... ideal for couples, solo or business travelers. The space You live in the entire upper floor (separate upper floor apartment) of our single-family home. The studio consists of an approx. 40 m² room with a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), an inviting XXL residential landscape and a 65 inch smart TV with the option to use streaming services. In the kitchen area of the studio, you can prepare delicious food with a 2-burner induction hob and a small oven (definitely fits in a pizza) and occupy it in the inviting dining area in the kitchen. Even the dirty dishes do not have to be taken care of, you just collect it in a box provided and put it in the stairwell for cleaning. Refrigerator, toaster, blender and coffee maker are of course also available, The approx. 15 m² bathroom with a great freestanding bathtub, which belongs to the studio, is of course for your private use. Towels (new once a week) and bedding (new every 14 days) we are very happy to provide you and are included in the price, as well as cuddly wool blankets and extra pillows. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Smoking is not permitted in the studio, but of course possible outside. The number of people booked is binding; subletting is not permitted. The house rules displayed in the studio must be observed. Guest access You will occupy the entire upper floor (separate upper floor apartment) of our single-family home. Access is only via stairs.
