Welcome to our spacious villa with large social areas and lots of light from morning to evening. The house is located on the hill with a fantastic view of Onsala fjord with proximity to nice swimming areas. 5 minutes from Kungsbacka city and 20 minutes from Gothenburg. Large garden with terraces on both sides of the house. Parking with space for 2 cars. Newly-built large terrace in the front of the house with sunlight from morning to night. The space A high-rise architect-designed house that is characterized by light with large windows and several patios with morning sun. Lovely space thanks to open up to ridge. Along the entire living room area, there are large windows overlooking the Onsala Fjord. 3 exits to the terrace, balcony and lawn with outdoor furniture on both sides of the house and in the garden. In the house, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a hot tub and sauna. The house is airy and large with lots of space for socializing both indoors and outdoors. In the living room, there is a large sofa and two armchairs. The living room and kitchen are combined into one and there is a terrace off the kitchen that has early morning sun. Here it is very nice to sit in the morning and eat breakfast. There is a round table with 4 chairs + 2 extra chairs. The other larger balcony is off the living room where there is a large dining table with room for 8 people. There is also room to sit down with a sun lounger and just enjoy the view. The kitchen has a dining table with room for up to 8 people. At the kitchen island, there is plenty of room for cooking and a bar counter with room for 4 people. The larger bedroom has a double bed and floor-to-ceiling windows, here you wake up to a lovely view. There is also a workplace with desk space and chair. The TV room has a sofa with space for one person to sleep in if desired. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a 90-bed and a 120-bed as well as a desk in both rooms. Extra beds are available if you want to sleep 2 in these rooms. The basement is furnished with a sofa bed with room for 2 people and a TV. The garden is large with plenty of room for both socializing and play. Barbecue is available, of course. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for a small room.
