CANCELLATION POLICY - To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 7 days before check-in. - If cancellation is made at least 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. - If cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. - If cancellation is made less than 7 days before check-in, there is no refund. It was 90F+ in Illinois, but this cottage right by Lake Michigan was comfortable even without AC (I like the old school vibe). There were enough fans as needed, and the house is tucked in a nice dune valley among the trees so it doesn't get pounded by sunlight to make it hot. The kitchen was fantastic, plenty of room to hang out and play games, back porch to come in from the beach, wash off, and ditch your beach stuff. Just a very short walk to the fantastic Grand Haven beach, and a short drive, or bike ride to town. Communication from the management was always quick and accurate. Thank you!" Bryan D.
