A large meadow for sunbathing and playing is right next to it. Pets can be accommodated in a closed attached room (not in the apartment). Parking is available directly at the apartment. Attention! You will live outside the district of Birnfeld and our apartment, completed in 2014, is located on the edge of our property surrounded by fields, meadows and fruit trees. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a toilet room on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm wide) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds (90 and 140 cm wide) can also be used as a double bed. Cycle paths and the Friedrich Rückert hiking trail pass immediately beside our property. It is also just a stone's throw from the hiking trails in the Haßberge Nature Park. Ellertshäuser Lake, the largest lake in Lower Franconia, is only 6 km away (bike path). Here you can swim and even sail. There is also a climbing garden, playgrounds, a kiosk, a lake terrace, a restaurant, a boat rental and much more.
