Direct waterfront private holiday home on a small Danube island, in a quiet, nature conservation zone, where you have to cross by boat. The water here is almost stagnant. There are 2 canoes, 1 kayak, 3 SUPs, sauna, trampoline, swing, cableway, ping pong, barbecue, fireplace, toys, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms. You can fish, swim from the jetty, hike, paddle. The space On the lower level of the house there is 1 separate spacious bedroom with 2 single beds. In the first part of the house there is a sleeping cabin with 1 double bed and 2 single beds in the living room. Spacious dining room-kitchen with all the equipment, as well as a bathroom. Upstairs there is a separate kitchen, bathroom. as well as 2 rooms. one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. air conditioning everywhere, mosquito net windows. at the back of the garden there is a summer kitchen with an American barbecue, to which we add charcoal. as well as a camp stove, cauldron, disc, skewer and of course firewood. there is also a sauna, which can accommodate up to six people. in the garden there is a cableway, swing, sandpit, ping pong table. as well as 2 canoes, 1 kayak and 3 sup. in addition, sun beds, hammock, dining table and chairs on the terrace serve the comfort. Guest access 2 canoes, 1 kayak, 3 SUP boards, boat, barbecue, sauna, cauldron, reel, swing, wire rope, ping pong table, jetty and all equipment in the house. Other things to note The house can be reached by boat. Before arrival, we will agree on the time of arrival, as I will be waiting for the guests on site. The boat is available to guests during their stay. There is no shop on the island. The SUPs, canoes and kayaks can be used for free. There is a barbecue for which I provide charcoal. There is also a cauldron, skewer, disk and, of course, firewood. There are oils in the sauna for pouring. The place is a quiet nature reserve, so listening to loud music is not allowed.
