AIR-CONDITIONED PRIVATE ROOM Similar to a 35 m2 studio on the 1st floor of a villa, with a SEPARATE ENTRANCE, free parking. Very nice attic room, spacious, bright, with bathroom and toilet, fully equipped to offer you all the comfort for your stay, high-end SEALY bedding in 160, TV, Microwave, Senseo. Quietly located, 5 minutes from the city by car, close to pizzeria, tobacco/grocery store, pharmacy, city bus. The front door to the room is in the garage. The space The room is located above the garage, with independent access from the house, through the garage door The room is like a studio, very comfortable, perfect for a couple, however there is the possibility of adding an extra bed for 1 person (folding bed 80 cm) on REQUEST with a supplement, a baby cot can be provided if available. The bathroom is fully equipped with a walk-in shower, cabinet with sink, towel dryer, and toilet. The studio is equipped with a TV You can have breakfast there, equipped with a microwave, an induction hob (1 burner), kettle, Senseo, 1 saucepan, 1 frying pan, cups/glasses/ You can, if the rest of the villa is not rented, enjoy the wooded and fenced garden, terraces, ping pong table, barbecue, hammock... Bikes can be provided for your stay (with surcharge) on request Guest access Garage (you can bring your motorcycles, bicycles, drop off your luggage) Parking During your stay I could welcome you from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m., check-out time is set before/for 11 a.m. I won't be in the house but will be available for you if needed, my home being very close, and reachable simply by phone.
