Situated in a quiet location, yet a short distance from the bustling city centre, the famous cheese market, cosy terraces and beautiful shops. **Important information** *Please note that construction work is taking place in the same building as the accommodation. This takes place Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to approximately 5:30 PM. We will of course do our utmost to minimise any inconvenience. * **The Space** The studio is suitable for two people and has a comfortable double bed, from where you look out over the cosy Laat in Alkmaar. After a day of shopping in the city, you can relax in the living room, furnished with a nice sofa, a dining table and a smart TV. The studio has a private bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is located in the common area, right next to your own front door, and is shared with one other apartment. There are a total of four holiday apartments in the building. **The Location** During your stay at Studio La Riet you are a stone's throw from the Laat, one of the nicest shopping streets in Alkmaar. Here you will find a wonderful mix of boutiques, well-known shops, charming cafés and cosy terraces. The street is bustling with liveliness, but at the same time exudes the charming atmosphere that makes Alkmaar so special. Alkmaar itself is a city full of history and character. World famous for its traditional cheese market, but also loved for its picturesque canals, monumental buildings and inviting restaurants. This card is only intended to unpack your luggage. You then need to put the card back and park your car in the designated paid/free parking zones or in the parking garage. Parking garage "De Schelphoek" is closest to your accommodation. Guest access The entrance to the complex is in a side street of the main street de Laat. In the complex there are a total of 4 apartments. So there is a main entrance and then you come to your own entrance.
