"The Garden House" - sustainable modular tiny house

"The garden house" offers 46 square meters of relaxing days around the year in a cozy atmosphere including a small private garden. Equipped with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 bunk bed), bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room (with sofa bed) as well as a spacious terrace with wonderful views, the stylish mini vacation home invites 4-5 people for family, hiking or relaxing holidays. Large windows, real wood floors, many natural materials and high-quality furniture ensure living and well-being. The space When building the house modules and when furnishing them, we placed particular emphasis on regionality and sustainability. The house was built directly in the neighboring community of Schlangen in a carpentry shop and thus only had a short distance to us on two low-loaders. For all trades, care was taken to commission local craft businesses and to use suppliers from the surrounding area. Many furniture, furnishings and appliances are made in Germany and even partly from our region. Overall, the realization of this project through the timber construction was able to permanently remove 17 tons of CO² from the atmosphere. Together with the short transport routes and the resulting savings in CO2, a beautiful, sustainable vacation home was created for an environmentally conscious and relaxing vacation.
