The Wattn Huus 1a has a spacious living/dining area on the ground floor with direct access to the covered terrace. A high-quality open kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200), smart TV and plenty of storage space. Another bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200). All bedrooms have insect protection. The modern daylight bathroom impresses with a large walk-in rain shower, bathtub and a double washbasin. In addition, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor with a toilet and a walk-in rain shower. A separate utility room stores a washing machine, dryer and a microwave.
