NO parties, events; no pets; no smoking; maximum occupancy 3 guests. Please make an inquiry if you have any questions! The space ⭐️ During power outages: - power station Bluetti AC200L, 2400W (for laptop or cell phone charging, hair dryer, toaster, coffeemaker, desk lamp etc); - we always have working WiFi (internet modem is plugged into the power station); - gas cooktop for cooking (independent from power outages). You can cook, have tea and coffee, charge devices, use WiFi etc in case power outages will occur. ⭐️ Self check-in: smart lock in the apartment. ⭐️ ‼️Nearest official shelter is subway station Maidan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square) - about 5 minutes walk. ⭐️Another shelter is across the road - 2 minutes walk - parking of Hyatt regency Kyiv. It’s open to the public during air raids. ⭐️We provide yoga mat and a blanket that you can take with you to the shelter. ✨ We have heating (winter season), cold and hot water in the apartment. This beautiful, sunny and modern 1-bedroom (+ 1 living room, full kitchen, 1 bathroom) apartment with a fantastic view on the domes of the St. Michael’s Golden-Domed Monastery is located in the city center right behind the Hyatt Regency Kyiv and is ideally set up for up to 3 travelers (45 sqm) - a single traveler, a couple or a family with kids. Comfortably fits 2 adults in the bedroom with a queen-size bed and up to 2 kids or 1 adult on a transformable queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. Dear guests, please note, our apartment is 100% smoke-free. No smoking in the building. No smoking on the balcony as well. Other things to note 🛋️ Please let us know if you are planning to use the sofa as a bed, so we can set it up for you and provide you with the extra bed linen. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited (please check our House rules). No IQOS, no cigarettes, no e-cigarettes etc. ℹ️ We would like to inform our guests that the surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways of the house outside of the apartment. We have a security camera and a doorbell camera outside of the apartment, monitoring our front door and the hallway of our apartment building. We have 24/7 access to this camera. 🚗 No assigned parking space. Parking on the street is possible. There is more possibility to find (free or payed) street parking space on weekends or non-business hours on weekdays. There are also payed underground parking in the area, slots are subject to availability.
