Branded 5 Bunkhouse Farm & Kennel, no cleaning fee

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Branded 5 Stable. Quiet country roads, horses and more! Spacious, private and clean 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. We don't allow pets in apartment but do provide 3 roomy dog kennels or space in our garage for traveling kennels. Hunters welcome! Come and enjoy our many animal friends, pick up a brush or help us feed! You may also be treated to our boarders exercising horses while here. We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding lessons at this time. The space This is a private 2nd story apartment, accessible by stairs. Double occupancy but room for more if needed. 1 queen bed, 1 full sized sofa sleeper & 3 fold out twin beds for larger groups. 1 full sized bathroom with tub and shower. Washer & Dryer in apartment. Full, roomy kitchen complete with all the necessary item: coffee pot, microwave, stove and full sized fridge. Smart TV, wireless internet & ethernet too. Guest access Guests are welcome and encouraged to take a walk around our property. We live on a quiet dead end road with little traffic. Enjoy a stroll down the roads at sunset and take in the beautiful views. Interact with one or more of the many horses that live here. Guests are welcome to help with horse feeding chores morning or evening. Watch our boarders exercising their horses & play fetch with Gatlin the Standard Poodle. You are welcome to visit & pet our donkey, Keester as well! We are sorry but we do not offer horse back riding at the stable. Other things to note Breakfast items & coffee will be stocked in the Apartment. No pets inside the apartment, however we have 3 nice dog pens outside at no extra charge. Hunters welcome! Cleaning station & freezer ready for cleaning your birds. No smoking or E- cigarettes inside apartment. 6 Overnight Horse pens with auto water available for rental/horse/night with proof of Coggins test. Outdoor arena & round pen. Quiet country roads and nature trail. With close proximity to Fort Hays State University small graduation get together's are okay with us! We can provide a grill!
