A beautiful penthouse apartment with views over all of Koblenz. The large roof terrace with barrel sauna and outdoor shower invites you to wellness, the sundowner is unique. State-of-the-art amenities from air conditioning to walk-in shower to box spring bed, here nothing is left to be desired. If requested, we can also be child- and family-friendly: a baby bed and a high chair can be booked optionally. Superbly connected by car and public transport, ideal for vacation, business trip and more. The space Important information about last-minute bookings: ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can book with us for the same day if the accommodation is available. Please note that we are not a 24/7 hotel. The apartment is always prepared for two people, so you can arrive the same day with 1-2 people. If you would like to arrive with more people on the same day, please ask in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Booking options can be found at the end of the description. We have fiber optic high-speed Wi-Fi in the accommodation. The access data can be found in the accommodation and after your booking in the details. The penthouse apartment is composed of: Living room & kitchen ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Large room with great kitchen, dining area and living room. The room has air conditioning, lots of cozy lighting and a flat-screen TV with the usual streaming services for self-registration. The cozy couch can be used as a sofa bed for an occupancy of more than two people (about 140 x 200 cm lying surface). A cozy topper makes sleeping even more comfortable. The kitchen has the following electrical appliances: - Refrigerator and freezer - Hot air oven - Induction hob with integrated extractor - Dishwasher - Washer-dryer (washing machine with integrated dryer option) - Electric kettle - Toaster - Capsule coffee machine for normal and XL Nespresso capsules It has everything you usually need in a kitchen: - Dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery - Pots and pans - Bowls, cooking utensils, etc. Bedrooms ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The bedroom has a large 180 x 200 cm box spring bed, a large wardrobe (half of which can be used, the remaining cabinets are locked), a flat-screen TV with the usual streaming services for self-registration and air conditioning. If you book the toddler package later (€20/day, can be ordered via our portal after your Airbnb booking), you will also find the baby bed with bed linen and of course a high chair in the kitchen. The beds are made for the number of people booked (at least the double bed, for 3-4 people the sofa bed and as part of the toddler package also the crib). For all booked persons, you will find a set of towels (face towel, hand towel, bath towel and sauna towel), as well as an optional bathrobe (which you can order via our portal afterwards). Bathrooms ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The bathroom has a large, walk-in shower, toilet and sink. There is enough storage space, thanks to matching cabinets and a large, illuminated mirror. You will find shower gel/shampoo and hand soap, as well as toilet paper in the accommodation. Rooftop Terrace ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The highlight of the accommodation: a 360° roof terrace with views over Koblenz and the Eifel! Equipped with a barrel sauna, an outdoor shower, as well as loungers and seating with comfortable cushions, you can enjoy both the sun during the day and a unique sundowner in the evening hours. Access to the roof terrace is exclusively reserved for the penthouse apartment. Access is via a roof exit in the stairwell, which opens fully automatically with a radio remote control. Access to the roof terrace is via a radio remote control located in the accommodation.
