Other things to note SNOW! Snow removal via shoveling/salt (accumulation of less than 3 inches) will be taken care of by guest (YOU). Any snow accumulation more than 3 inches will be taken care of by host. Please be careful getting in/out of your vehicles. Use salt provided by side door entrance. Shovels are located on back porch and side of house. Early check-in and late check-out are NOT FREE and should not be expected from any Airbnb host! You may check-in as early as 1pm and check-out as late as 1pm only if host accepts the request. Often times hosts can not accept an early check-in or late check-out due to cleanings. If accepted, early check-in is $50 per hour starting at 1pm. Late check-out is $50 per hour up to 1pm. If you check-in between 2-3pm, that’s $50 extra.
