Lake House with Seawall and Pier

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway with 100 feet of seawall and amazing view! Bring your boat, hook up to our pier, fish, swim, or enjoy our kayaks. (note: no wake lake, 10 mph) The public beach, restaurants, downtown shops, and Zimmer Biomet Center Lake Pavilion are all within walking distance. Our huge glass enclosed patio is perfect for dining by the water or just enjoying a good book and a cup of coffee. Then, unwind by the fire and enjoy the beautiful nighttime views of Center Lake. The space Pier is available starting Memorial Day weekend through the first weekend in October. There are weeds and debris around the pier. Swimming is not advisable in this area. One large primary bedroom with in-suite bathroom, tub/shower combination. Small tv provided in this room. It’s not a smart tv but a fire stick is provided for guest use. Both of the other bedrooms have lake views. No cable, but there is a smart TV in the living room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Storage shed and garage are for owner only. Pier is available through the end of the first week in October. For guests staying more than 1 week: 1) mandatory weekly cleaning to be scheduled with guest at a mutually agreeable time; 2) washer and dryer in garage would be available for guest use. Other things to note Guests swim at their own risk. Water shoes are advised. Guests will need to bring their own fishing gear. We do have two small kayaks, floats, and a few life vests. Guests may also use the paddle boat - 400 pound total weight limit. Guests are responsible for reviewing and following all boating laws. Each person on the paddle boat must have a life vest accessible in the boat. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
