20 minutes from Lake Michigan Beaches. Multiple wineries. Beautiful Fall foliage. Ten minutes from GingerMan Raceway. Tiny village between Kalamazoo and South Haven. Near the Kal-Haven walking/biking trail from South Haven to Kalamazoo. Private outdoor entrance stairs to 2nd floor apartment in back of house. The space May use deck, all seating areas, and grill. Lighter in grill top. Extra gas tank in garage. If you decide to use outdoor seating areas, there is a blue container on the deck with cleaner and cloths to clean tables, chairs, etc. Guest access Pull car to back of driveway to the garage. Motion lights will activate. Upstairs apartment access stairs in back of house. The whole driveway is yours to come and go as you please. we do not use the driveway. Other things to note Adjust heat/AC as needed. Remotes bedside or adjust on unit. Mode for AC is "snowflake" for heat is "sun". Extra pillows are in the orange highboy and under queen and king beds. Fresh pillow cases in top of highboy. There is a broom and ice melt on the stair landing in case of snow. We have the stairs cleared with ice melt. If it snows, a broom should take care of fresh snow. We will clear it usually at daybreak if overnight snow. Restaurant recommendations: A favorite in South Haven is "The Lodge". Edge of town on Blue Star Hwy. If you are walking around the town of South Haven, Clementine's is the place to eat. The other edge of town restaurant is "Three Blondes" on Phoenix Rd. Just 4 miles away from Airbnb is Bangor. "Roma Pizza" is amazing. Opens at 4pm. Pick up or eat-in. Also Subway, McDonald's, 2 more locally-owned restaurants on the main st, which is Hwy 43: El Sombrero and Triple JJJ Bar and Grille. Also has Dollar General and Harding's Grocery Store. About 2 1/2 miles from here on Hwy 43 is "Blinkers", great breakfast and lunch. And "Frida's", great Mexican, not Tex-Mex. There are 8 wineries within 30 minutes drive: St Julian Winery, Warner Vineyards, Lawton Ridge Winery, Cogdal Vineyards, Fenn Valley Vineyards, Modales Wines, Michigan Wine Company, Crane's Pie Pantry Restaurant & Winery. "Four Winds Casino" is in Hartford on Red Arrow Hwy about 20 minutes. Walt and Marie's store and great restaurant in a big red building in Paw Paw on Red Arrow Highway across from a big Flea Market. Kalamazoo is a bigger city than South Haven for shopping. Air Museum. Gilmore Car Museum is that directions also. South Haven has the great beaches and cute shops. Any other questions, let me know.
