The studio has a modern calming design and is located in a tranquil Lakeside community overlooking Big Sand Lake with lovely walking trails behind the studio watching over beautiful sunsets across the lake. All private ground floor renovated interior conveniently located in the heart of it all! Very short 3-minute ride to Orange County Convention Center, SeaWorld, and International Drive destinations; and a 7–10-minute drive to Universal Studios and Disney. A very large selection of dining, nightlife and activities are within minutes as well as a convenient highway access. The studio has high quality plush queen size bed with fresh linens and towels, a small kitchenette bar area with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, and coffee products (not a full kitchen), air conditioning, cable TV, high Speed ethernet and Wi-Fi, hairdryer, iron, large closet, and all you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Down the road from Whole Foods market, Sprouts and a Walmart Supercenter among many restaurants and bars. Only a few minutes to many other shopping destinations including Orlando Premium Outlets on Vineland Road and the mall at Millennia. Up the road you can find many dining and local services if you want to avoid the crowds. Free assigned parking outside and easy check-in. The studio is similar to a hotel size room but with added amenities and we believe it is even more convenient, casual, affordable and centrally located. We are a quiet lakeside community for you to relax and enjoy after a long day at the theme parks or a tedious convention / workday. We will make every effort to make your stay joyful and pleasant and we are here for you with answers and tips about the space and the nearby attractions. Guest access Guests have access to a private studio, located on the ground level with a private entrance. You can walk the community grounds along the lakeside trails around large grass lawns overlooking the lake, enjoy a sunset stroll and try to catch the Disney fireworks every night from a distance. You can also use the laundry room 24/7 and parking is free on an assigned spot for your vehicle. Other things to note You can expect a renovated quite space, clean and comfortable that is central to all main things Orlando has to offer. High quality memory foam mattress (Queen size), pillows, sheets and towels. Please keep in mind no parties of any kind and no smoking or vaping indoors.
