Comfortable accommodation near the train station

Accommodation is located in a new apartment building, near the railway station Ostrava Svinov. Parking is available on a private fenced property. The space Accommodation capacity is 4 people, if necessary the capacity can be extended to 6 people (living room with sofa bed for 2 people). For guests is available all the equipment of the apartment such as WIFI, air conditioning, balcony with gas grill WEBER and also an autmoatic coffee machine DE Longhi supplemented with coffee for guests. Guest access There are 2 separate rooms, kitchen with dining room and living room, bathroom with shower and bath and separate toilet. In case of longer-term rent, another room can be released upon agreement. Other things to note From 1 January 2020, the hall will be equipped with a security camera that scans the entrance door of the housing unit. Camera recording will only be used in the event of a violation of the rules, damage to the housing unit or theft. Only the owner of the apartment Petr Honajzer has access to the video from the camera
