Welcome to a peaceful and simple place to stay in the heart of Verdal. Strategically located near local attractions and everyday necessities such as shops, gas stations, public transportation, etc. This place is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or business travelers looking for comfortable and practical accommodations. There is parking on the premises. It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to downtown, where you’ll find the train station, the Amfi shopping center, cafés, and more. The space The home consists of a spacious living room with a large, newly renovated kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a double bed, and a large smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy for you to prepare your own meals. The bathroom has heated floors and a roomy shower. On the second floor, you’ll find a loft living room with a TV and a sofa bed, as well as 2 additional bedrooms. Each bedroom can accommodate 2–3 people. The total area of the property is 103 m². Guests can use the 2×2 m jacuzzi for an additional fee, and the water temperature is 38°C (100°F). Rooms: First floor: Hallway, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and Bedroom 1 Second floor: Loft living room, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 3 Guest access Guests can either rent the entire property or parts of it. If renting only part of the property, you can rent a bedroom and potentially share the bathroom and kitchen. Free street parking is available 20 m from the house.
