Abbeie is a simple and pleasant private vacation home for 6 people with a very large, well-heated private pool (heated from April 22nd) and spectacular views. Ideal for completely unwinding. This well-insulated bungalow sits on a generous 7,000 m² of private land and is situated on a sandy path leading to the ruins of a castle. If you appreciate peace and quiet yet still want to stay in the heart of the Dordogne's tourist center, then this is the ideal holiday home for you! Layout The living room with open-plan kitchen is practically and attractively furnished. For cooler spring or autumn evenings, a wood-burning stove provides a romantic warmth. There are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. There are also two bathrooms. Everything is on one level and there are no thresholds. Furthermore, thanks to its excellent insulation, this house guarantees an ideal indoor climate even on hot summer days. Outside The large, very well-heated private swimming pool of no less than 12 x 6 meters is a real tropical surprise and also safe for small children! Should the weather be uncooperative, you can relax under the large covered veranda, where it's wonderful to relax and where the surroundings provide a beautiful backdrop... from the veranda and the pool, you have a magnificent view over the valley. Environment The house is situated in the beautiful nature of the Dordogne, in the triangle of Sarlat, Gourdon and Souillac, which means that numerous sights are within easy reach, such as the historic town of Domme and the Dordogne River, only six kilometres away. Activities You can visit caves, go canoeing on the Dordogne River, take beautiful walks, go horse riding, admire charming villages and towns, etc.
