Shaded fenced back yard, 3 bedrooms-2 full baths- one with walk in shower, one with shower/tub combo (huge tub) Twin Bunk beds, 2 Queen beds, Sofa recliners & 2 electric recliners, Parking in front. Covered front porch, Washer/Dryer, Salt Water filtration system, ceiling fans, 2 mini splits for heat and air. About 7 minutes from town on a gravel road. Access to television in all 3 bedrooms, and free Wifi. The space Beautiful new barndominium- Country style, Very secluded & private. Spacious backyard fenced in- perfect for dogs- covered metal shed with separate heated room that has a doggie door. Persimmon trees throughout the backyard. Living room has a keyboard, Bluetooth karaoke machine with a microphone on a stand- machine has option for an electric guitar hook up as well. Bongos, Tambourines- tons of fun if you're into that. Master bedroom has attached full bath with a large deep bathtub that faces a window looking out to the backyard. This room has its own mini split for heat & air, Queen/Foam bed-Television with free TV, exterior stained glass door that opens to covered front porch. This room has its own door that locks. The kitchen is perfect for serving with an island bar with sink & garbage disposal- bar has 3 barstools. There's another very large sink against the wall with all the cabinets- which by the way are loaded with dishes & pots/pans/bowls/silverware/Tupperware. There's a loaded spice rack with just about anything you could think of. French door Fridge/freezer combo with ice/filtered water dispenser. Additional upright full size freezer as well. Other dining area includes a beautiful custom made cedar table with 3 large bar stools. Living room has a couch that seats 3-4 people with 2 reclining options on each end. Living room also has 2 separate electric lift & massage recliners. Large TV with free channels, Netflix, & Amazon Prime. 2nd Bedroom has Queen bed- TV with free channels, Netflix & Amazon Prime, A Jack & Jill Full sized Bathroom with walk in shower is situated between a closet & the other smaller bedroom with Twin Bunkbeds. Beautiful place- awesome location!! Guest access House & Backyard is situated on one acre. The surrounding land is private property. Guests have enjoyed taking walks along the public gravel road however and can walk a trail along the host's backyard as well. Other things to note The additional fee regarding extra guests over 5- means $20/person. So for example - If you bring 3 extra guests- It will be $60 more on top of your nightly total. There is a charcoal grill available- charcoal not provided. Fire pits in back yard can only be used pending weather, wind, etc.. Please ask first.
