A balcony overlooking the Susa Valley, flowers and fruit
Un balcone sulla Valle di Susa, Fiori e Frutti
Description
🌞Large, very bright, recently renovated accommodation with a spectacular view of the lower Susa Valley. Thanks to its large size, it is ideal for couples, families or small groups of up to 4 people. The real highlight is the large rooftop terrace, which offers an unobstructed and breathtaking view of the valley. The Sacra di San Michele, an iconic monument of Piedmont, can also be seen. The space Welcome to our accommodation, which consists of: a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house is located on the first hill of Almese, in a quiet and sunny area, ideal as a base for visiting the Susa Valley and Turin, which can also be easily reached by car (A32 highway just 4 km away). All the main services (bars, restaurants and supermarkets) are located about 1 km away: within walking distance, although we recommend a car for greater convenience. 🚗 Closed garage available upon request. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire accommodation and its large panoramic balcony, ideal for relaxing outdoors. You can park for free in the courtyard of the property. Access to the accommodation is directly from the street: there are only three steps and there are no other stairs, making the entrance simple and convenient. Other things to note 🔥 Heating and house rules The heating is centralized and is turned on at the times established by the condominium regulations. There is no air conditioning, but we provide fans. For security and legal reasons, it is not allowed to host, even temporarily, people other than those indicated in the reservation and duly registered at check-in.
