The garden level opens to a lobby distributing 3 family bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed 180x200 (modular into two 90 beds on request) and a mezzanine with 2 90 beds accessible by a milling ladder. One of the bedrooms is PMR with adapted bathroom and private toilet. This level also includes a separate toilet and a sanitary area with 2 showers and a double sink. On the ground floor, a large friendly living room with kitchen open to the dining room and a bright relaxation area, and a PMR toilet. Heated by an ecological mass stove, it diffuses a gentle and constant warmth. The owners, concerned about the environment, will be happy to explain how it works.
