Fast and friendly communication. The space The apartment is centrally located in Odense M – about 2 km from the old town and close to both city, nature and culture. There are good transport options, and with free private parking right at the door, it's easy to get to and from by car. The home is located in a smaller property with only one other apartment. There is good sound insulation, so you are minimally disturbed by traffic from Tietgens Allé or from other residents. As pets are welcome in both apartments, you may experience hearing or seeing other animals, especially outside. Access is via a beautiful Italian spiral staircase and private entrance. Here you come up to an entrance with your own tumble dryer and on to a hallway with washing machine and storage space. From here, you can go into the living room or bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, towel rail, sink and storage cabinets. The living room has a dining table for four people, a comfortable sofa bed (suitable as an extra bed), smart TV and a modern kitchen with air fryer, Sodastream and a luxury coffee machine with the option of espresso, cappuccino, café latte etc. The bedroom has a luxurious continental bed (180x200 cm) with optional bedding: two separate duvets or one large one – as well as luxury pillows. If you want a specific distribution, it can be arranged at the time of booking. Both beds have their own bedside table, lamp and plug, and there are both a wardrobe rod and shelves for clothes. From the entrance you have access to a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening sun. Guest access You have exclusive access to your entire private apartment – including your own entrance, foyer, terrace and all amenities. In addition, you have shared access to the property's free parking space and the common garden, which you are welcome to use. Other things to note Although the apartment is soundproofed, you can still experience sounds from traffic, people or pets – especially with open windows or outdoor stays. The entrance to the apartment is via a narrow, decorative spiral staircase and is unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The nearest supermarket is Meny, 750 meters away on Hjallesevej 130. If you want a larger selection, Rosengårdscentret - one of the largest shopping centers in the Nordic region - is only 2.7 km away at Ørbækvej 75. Please note that the light in the stairwell and entrance is sensor-controlled and switches on/off automatically when moving.
