The space This spacious apartment, approximately 54 sqm, has 1 bedroom overlooking the city and a study/dedicated work area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with quirky clean linen, calming wall art, and plenty of light. A remote control is provided for your comfort in controlling the lights in the bedroom and lounge There is an open and well-equipped kitchen, a tastefully furnished comfortable lounge area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV, 1-bathroom equipped with an instant hot water shower, LED mirror, and premium toiletries, like plush bath towels and slippers. A 6-stage Mini Reverse Osmosis water treatment system is provided in the kitchen to ensure adequate potable water. Fibre optic internet is offered throughout the apartment. A washer and dryer, and clothes lines are available for your convenience. The compound offers 24/7 security and entrance control at the two main gates. Guest access The entire Urban chic apartment is fully private and for you to enjoy. You are free to use the shared gym in the basement with other residents. The area is safe for walk/jog around the area streets. Other things to note ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION*** Children below 18 years are not allowed to book. PARTIES We do not allow hosting of parties in the apartment WATER A domestic water treatment plant is provided to ensure you have clean water fit for human consumption. A jug is also provided if you want to drink cold water from the fridge. ELECTRICITY An allocation of 10 tokens per day on average is provided. This is more than enough to use all the appliance s comfortably. Any usage above the allocation will be charged at the rate of US$1 per token. To ensure you to do not go above the allocation, do not turn on the water heater on the balcony and turn of other sockets when not in use. CLEANING We do provide 2 apartment cleaning days per 7 days and can be scheduled to your preference. Additional cleaning can be arranged at $10 per cleaning. LINEN We provide hand and bath towels and linens. These will be changed during the cleaning days. DAMAGES Please report all damages as they occur. You will be charged for replacements and repairs as appropriate. Receipts will be provided upon request.
