Kalla Calistoga is a peaceful retreat tucked away in the hills of wine country. The space The residence is approached by a maple tree-lined drive leading to a gravel motor court surrounded by contemporary landscapes and a beautiful entertainment barn. Two main buildings are connected by an architectural highlight glass breezeway. The first building boasts a wide open living space on the ground floor with 12’ ceilings and chef’s kitchen, separate butler’s pantry, a powder room and a laundry room and two sets of enormous Fleetwood triple panel sliding doors opening onto a sprawling patio on one side and large flat lawn on the other. The upper level features two more spacious bedrooms with Ca King beds and en suite full bathrooms, a bedroom with two twins and another powder room. The second building offers two spacious bedrooms with Ca King beds, a master bathroom with floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower, a home gym with a Peloton Tread, Peloton Bike, TRX, and weights, and a media room with a Samsung Frame TV and queen- size pullout couch and another full bathroom with laundry, accessible from the pool deck as well. The flush concrete floors throughout the first level create seamless indoor / outdoor flow to a pristine dark plaster pool with integrated spa. The separate barn has become an equally appealing living space, with vaulted ceilings, 13 foot live edge redwood slab dining table, full bath and 4K projector for movie, TV photo or presentation viewing. Savant home controls for smart circadian lighting and Sonos sound system. Other property features include basketball court and large fenced organic vegetable garden. Guest access Mountain Home Calistoga is situated in prime wine country, just 12 minutes from downtown Calistoga's Lincoln Avenue, Napa Valley’s finest wineries and restaurants, and only a 90 minute drive from San Francisco. Other things to note For guests staying with young children: we have a Baby Bjorn travel crib and an adjustable high chair seat with tray available for use. Please notify us ahead of time if you'd like us to make these available to you for your stay. Pool temperature: in summer months, the pool water temperature warms up to the mid-80's naturally. In colder months, usually November through March, water temperature is generally somewhere between 60 and 70. We can heat the pool for the duration of your stay, if requested ahead of time, for an additional charge of $150 per day. Please contact host for details.
