From the spacious and bright, with large terrace windows provided living / dining area you reach on the south side of the apartment on a very large, partially covered balcony, facing south. In the basement there is a spacious wellness area with approx. 70 m² floor space, equipped with fitness equipment, sauna and relaxation area. The house: The house was built in 2009 in a beautiful panoramic position on a southwest slope, the 4 star apartments are new and were equipped to a high standard.
