Apartment in peaceful and beautiful surroundings

The apartment with its own entrance is located in a house from the 1880s. The house is located on its own on a leafy, peaceful forest plot with a large garden by a stream. Guests have access to the garden and private balcony. Good forest walks and bike paths are available directly adjacent to the house. Overall, a good location for excursions: by car 10 minutes to a nice, mile-long sandy beach, 20 minutes to Kivik and Österlen, 20 minutes to cozy Åhus, 5 minutes to Degeberga (grocery store, restaurants, etc.), 2 minutes to 18-hole golf course. The space The rent includes pillows, duvets, blankets, shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels. You can rent bed linens and towels for SEK 120 per person. The guest cleans up after themselves, leaving the apartment in the same condition as it was at check-in. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. But they must be kept on a leash outdoors. The apartment should be left in the same cleaned condition at check-out as at check-in. Bed linens and towels are NOT included in the fee but can be rented for SEK 120/person.
