Our family vacation home is set on a private 2.2-acre estate in Loukisia, surrounded by a natural Mediterranean garden that ensures absolute privacy and quiet. It was designed for families and friends seeking aesthetics, comfort, and serenity. The Main House (130 sqm): Bedroom 1: Master suite with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 2: Includes a double bed and a comfortable workspace. Bedroom 3: Includes two twin beds, one of which opens into a full double bed. An additional bathroom is conveniently located between bedrooms 2 and 3. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and spacious wardrobes. Bedroom 4 - Guest Unit (30 sqm): Located just four steps from the main kitchen door, it offers privacy alongside convenient proximity. It includes a double bed, a bathroom, and a private workspace. Kitchen, Dining, and Living Area: The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing family meals, with an adjacent large dining table. In the living room, you can relax on the large, comfortable sofa, watch movies on the smart TV, play games, or simply read a book in peace (Please note: the fireplace is decorative only). Proximity to the Sea: A 5-minute stroll along a straight path leads you directly from the property to the shore. At this entry point, the beach has a beautifully wild and natural feel. However, a short walk to either the right or the left will reveal several secluded coves that are very comfortable and pleasant for swimming in crystal-clear water Guest access The entire property is at your full disposal. The main house can accommodate up to 7 guests in three bedrooms. The additional guest suite can host up to three guests: two in a double bed and one extra guest on a folding bed, which is provided based on availability only. Pool Safety Our private pool (1.50m depth) is a wonderful spot for family fun, but please be aware that it is not fenced and there is no lifeguard. Parents are solely responsible for supervising children at all times in the garden and pool area.
