Other things to note These cottages are available only for extended* full summer rentals. They are not available for partial seasons (individual days, weekends, weeks, or months). The cost for Memorial Day – Labor Day (or the extended season) is $25,000 for the front cottage and $30,000 for the back cottage. * "Extended" means you can move in before Memorial Day as soon as weather permits us to open the cottage, and stay beyond Labor Day until the water must be turned off (so the pipes don't freeze).
