Recently upgraded spacious and very private loft sitting on the second story of an office building conveniently located to some of L.A.’s most happening neighborhoods for commerce and fun. This place is great for those traveling for pleasure or business. Private and spacious, freshly renovated, and just a short drive or Uber/Lyft ride to great dining, shopping, and night life. A loft with an open floor plan for the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Super spacious and accommodating for a large group to share. There’s a sofa and love seat, flat screen TV with Roku to stream movies or shows, and WiFi. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, it’s well stocked with kitchen items/tools, and there’s plenty of counter space to gather around. There’s a balcony to sit out and enjoy the almost perfect L.A. weather all year round. The bedroom has two queen size beds with super comfy memory foam mattresses and fresh linens, plus a rollaway sofa bed that can fit in the living room, and a reading nook with a desk perfect for use as a workstation. Guests can best access the loft through the back entrance of our building. This is also where guests can park their cars. Guests staying in the loft will have the whole building to themselves practically all weekday evenings and all of Saturday and Sunday. I am readily available to address any concerns or answer questions about the loft or surrounding area via text or email. I love showing off my city so I’m glad to share all of my favorite places with guests! The loft is approximately 8 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles, and two blocks from the metro gold line which connects you to Union Station in downtown. It’s only a short drive or walk to Monterey Park and Alhambra which has some of the best Asian food restaurants in Los Angeles. The loft is also located just minutes from the Citadel Outlets which offer really good shopping opportunities. It’s also very close to the world famous Commerce Casino where some of the best poker players play. Guests can take a short drive or Uber/Lyft ride to all the best places LA has to offer! We’re also situated close to freeways, the 60, the 710, the 5, and the 10. Two blocks from the loft, there’s the Metro Gold Line station which connects to DTLA at union Station, and travels all the way to Pasadena. There’s also lots of cool hole-in-the-wall spots for great food a few blocks from the loft, plus a strip of Whittier Boulevard where lots of food trucks gather each night to offer up some delicious food. You should know that the loft is in the upstairs floor of a two story building. There isn’t much of an outdoor space, save a small private balcony. You will need to climb stairs to get to the loft.
