Sa Posada - double room with extra bed

Sa Posada is located on the edge of the village, in a very quiet area with available parking. It’s an old stone house, which stays cool in the summer. From the terrace, the view is breathtaking. The house is in Cuglieri, an authentic village perched on the slopes of Montiferru, overlooking the sea and offering unforgettable sunsets. Thanks to its elevated position (492 meters), Cuglieri enjoys cool nights even in summer — perfect after a day of hiking or at the beach. The space On the ground floor, there is the living room with Wi-Fi, two bathrooms (one with a spacious shower and a washing machine), and the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and everything needed to prepare simple meals. On the first floor, you'll find access to the terrace and the bedroom. Other things to note The surrounding mountains are covered with holm oak and cork oak forests, rich in springs and waterfalls. The beautiful basilica of the village overlooks the vast landscape that gently stretches down to the sea, through olive groves and vineyards. Strolling through its narrow streets, you can easily reach several cafés, two traditional restaurants, a pizzeria, and small local shops. Just over 10 km away lies the stunning bay of Santa Caterina and the famous natural arch of S’Archittu. A little further on, you’ll find the beach of Is Arenas, with its 6 kilometers of shoreline and lush pine forest, and beyond that, the Sinis Peninsula Park, with its enchanting quartz beaches like Is Arutas and Mari Ermi. Useful details: We are committed to reducing our environmental impact: we sort our waste and provide handmade soap and shampoo, locally made with olive oil. 🙂 Recently, the Municipality of Cuglieri introduced a tourist tax. The cost is 1 euro per night per person and must be paid at the property upon check-in. Children under 12 years old are exempt. I live with a small, trained, and very friendly dog. But if you have allergies or are afraid of dogs, this house might not be ideal for you ☹️ Also, bringing another pet could be a problem, so it is not allowed. There are 3 chickens in the garden.
