The space Royaume des Bulles is a 5-star holiday cottage, labelled Vignobles & Découvertes, located in the heart of the Champagne countryside, in a peaceful and natural setting, ideal for getting together and sharing special moments. The holiday cottage features a large and welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace set up to accommodate up to 15 guests, offering open views of the Croix de Lorraine, the surrounding countryside and the vineyards. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, included in the accommodation, are available from April to October. A well-being area is also available, with massage treatments by reservation, offered as an additional service. The holiday cottage also offers: • a fitness room, • a games room equipped with a pool table, a table tennis table, a basketball hoop, darts, and other games. Outdoors, a dedicated area with a fire pit and a grill allows guests to enjoy convivial moments in the open air. Upon request, Champagne tastings and cellar visits can be arranged to discover the Champagne art of living. Guest access Guests have access to the entire gîte, fully privatized for their stay, as well as to the outdoor areas: garden, terraces, swimming pool and jacuzzi. They also have access to the fitness room, the games room (billiards and table tennis), and the outdoor area with fire pit. Access to the spa area and the massage room is available by appointment only and is subject to an additional charge. The property can accommodate up to 15 guests, depending on the layout of the stay. Royaume des Bulles is particularly suited for family stays, gatherings with friends, or private events, in a friendly and family-oriented spirit. The use of the fire pit and barbecue must comply with safety instructions and weather conditions. Access to the spa area and massage room is available by appointment only and is subject to an additional fee. Royaume des Bulles is an independent property, listed on several booking platforms, and also has its own website. We speak French, English and Dutch to facilitate communication with international guests. Private events are allowed. Loud music is permitted until 12:30 a.m. After 12:30 a.m., guests are welcome to continue enjoying the evening, both indoors and outdoors. Music and speakers must however be used at a reduced volume, without loud music.
