Available to let as a whole. The house is most suitable to accommodate comfortably a maximum of 12 adults. The house is pet friendly. Letting of either upstairs or downstairs will be considered if stated specifically in your enquiry. Please note that the house is not suitable for parties or events. As this is a quiet neighbourhood noise levels need to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Upstairs is accessed by an internal staircase with handrail and consists of: - large fully equipped kitchen/dining area - living/entertainment area - en-suite bedroom with king and single bed - second bedroom with double bed / en-suite - portable braai - access to roof deck. Downstairs consists of: - 4 en-suite bedrooms, each with a double & single bed - all rooms have outside access - fully equipped kitchenette - portable braai. Guest access Downstairs, upstairs and roof deck access. Plenty of parking on the property. Other things to note Pet friendly. Minimum stay of 2 nights.
