The space The 35m² two-room apartment with fully equipped kitchen and separate bathroom (shower/WC) has a bedroom with double bed (180x200; separate mattresses) as well as a living room with corner couch as an extra bed (120x200) for 1 additional person and satellite TV. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a shared hallway with the apartment 3. In the separate kitchen, there is everything your heart desires with oven, radio, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. From the kitchen, the guest immediately comes to the farm. In the garden there is a barbecue corner with seating furniture available. An outdoor freezer is available for all guests. Towels and linens are included. The apartments are located in an extra house on a residential property in a quiet location in the small village of Prohn - 8 km north of Stralsund. Each apartment has its own terrace. Parking is available on the premises. A freezer outside is available for all guests. On the property there is a 500 m² open space (lawn), which is ideal for sunbathing and playing. The sitting area in the garden invites you to relax and linger - here there is also a barbecue facilities. For children, there is a shed full of toys, sandbox and swing as well as a pool in summer. Furthermore, there are plenty of bicycles available to guests (large bike 4 euros per day). We own a tame, child-loving dog, rabbit, a mini pig and two tame cats. railway TRANSFER! We will pick you up from Stralsund for a fee, e.g. from the train station and drop you off there again.
