Our villa is situated 1 km outside Marathias, a picturesque small village of Corinthian Bay, in Central Greece, only a few minutes from Nafpaktos (the historical Lepanto) and less than 100km distance from some major famous Greek archeological places, like Delphi and Olympia. The access to our area is easy, as it is only a few kilometers away from the Patras port and less than three hours driving distance from the main Airport of Greece, in Athens. “Goitia” in Greek means charm , and you can easily find out why, as the villa is built in a wonderful location by the sea surrounded by a garden with beautiful plane trees, provide you with plenty of shadow in summer and wonderful scenery for the rest of the year. Only a few meters away, there is the small and quiet beach where you can enjoy swimming and the rest of summer sports (surfing, diving), or just relax in the garden or by the beach and enjoy your holidays. Nearby, there is the small and beautiful village of Skaloma which makes the best choice to visit in your everyday walks. At the East you will find “Panagia” a small church among plane trees and eucalyptuses. You can relax there and enjoy the magnificent sunset. At a short distance there is the village of Marathias where you can find shops, bakery shop, small fruit market, taverns and pubs.
