Manticus Art is located between Verona 10 km away, Lake Garda 13 km away and in front of the Valpolicella wine area 10 km away. The property is spread over 2 artistically furnished floors for a total of 140 meters, equipped with free WiFi, kitchen and table for 11 people, air conditioning, washing machine, private parking. The summer area in the courtyard is equipped with a barbecue and bamboo tables, under a canopy with exotic-themed scenery and overlooking the Adige River, and Mount Baldo in the setting of the Bosco Mantico. The space MANTICUS 1-Uan is located on the raised ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with essentials, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven and Moka coffee maker for Italian espresso. A table for 12 people with bamboo chairs completes the dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a musical hydromassage shower with LED lights, a hairdryer and towels. A washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron are available. For your rest, the Bamboo Bedroom is a double bedroom with a fiber optic lamp and a canopy of our creation in bamboo and hemp. The Blu Bedroom has two single beds and a decorative bamboo loft with several scenic blue-themed photomurals. The 5th bed is located in a corner of the living room and is decorated with a Jazz-Blues theme. A crib with linen and a high chair are also available upon advance request (in case you need to request in advance). The apartment displays photo galleries and historical maps of the area. ----------------------------------- The MANTICUS 2-Ciu is equipped with air conditioning, free Wifi and equipped with WinPod and Bluetooth audio speaker. One room is completely dedicated to swinging with a suspended bed and rocking chair. To complete the Swinging room, a double sofa/bed and a scenic themed photo mural. The bathroom has a large shower with towels at your disposal. A washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron are available. For your rest, the Mine Bedroom is a double bedroom with scenic photos of an old mine and a suspension bridge. The wardrobe and dresser are covered with eco-leather recovered from old local shoe production. The Adventure Bedroom features 2 single beds, a closet and a striking photo-mural of a suspension bridge in the jungle. ------------------------ The house is a three-story detached building and has one side overlooking the street of this small country village, while the other side faces the courtyard, the woods and the bank of the Adige with a view of the mountains. The entire building is supplied with natural methane gas and hydroelectric energy that comes from the Biffis, the water channel made by our grandparents with shovels and wheelbarrows, which runs along the bike path and is distributed by HydroDolomiti. The stop is exactly in front of the Manticus and continues passing through Chievo - Bentegodi Stadium - Porta Nuova Railway Station/Bus station and then you arrive directly in PIAZZA BRA' in 25 minutes. BIKE - with a bike in about 20 minutes you can reach the center of Verona directly on the Sole cycle path (100 meters from Manticus), while in the other direction with due calm you can reach Germany.
