Situated above an active destination music / recording studio located 45 minutes from St. Louis, 20 minutes from Edwardsville, 5 minutes from gas / convenience store, 15 minutes from grocery store. Other things to note Maximum of 2 pets. We are pet friendly and hope your pet loves our big outdoor space - but we reserve the right to bill for any damages or to charge an extra cleaning fee if the pet leaves a mess or uses one of the beds.
