Welcome to our slice of heaven on earth. Just a 5-minute drive from downtown Monroe. Nestled on expansive acreage, you’ll be surrounded by a gorgeous green landscape. The outdoor entertaining area is perfect for accommodating large gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for catering to your inner chef. The oversized dining table boasts lots of space for your friends and family. Relax, explore the backyard, unwind, play games, or enjoy a movie night! The space This charming rambler home offers a cozy kitchen, a spacious living room, a master bedroom, and three additional bedrooms. With its flexible sleeping arrangements, it’s an ideal choice for families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together. The master suite features a king-size bed. The 2nd room has a king-size bed. The 3rd room has a queen bed with a twin bunk bed. And, the 4th room has two twin beds that have twin trundles that pull out from beneath the bed frames. Guest access Guests have access to the house and back yard. Please note that garage/ mother-in-law is not included. This space is locked and reserved for the host. There is no shared space. Pictures shown on Airbnb are private. The back parking area with the shops is private. That area is not included. Monday mornings at 7am there is a work meeting with work vans coming in and out until around 9am. It is tucked in the back side portion of the property, so it shouldn't interrupt your stay. Other things to note The gas fireplace next to the dining room and the wood fireplace is not available for use. If you would like more heat, there are radiator heaters and fans you can use around the house to fit your desired needs.The grill in back is available for use. Please make sure it is 5 feet away from the house. The fire pit on the back patio is available for use. There are games in the family room drawers beneath the TV. This is a courtesy so please be understanding if pieces are missing and please put games away when done. In the summer we have a volleyball and badminton net set up and available for use. There are two sets of washers and dryers. The dark colored washer and dryer is available for your use, the white one is NOT recommended for use. We have a no indoor smoking policy, but if you need to smoke, you can smoke at least 50 yards away from the house. We do not allow loud parties or big events. If you have a loud party or added visitors, you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
