My STR license #2017-BFN-0007462, expires Sep. 26, 2026. I have been a short-term owner since 2013. I enjoy opening up my home to guests while you enjoy your stay in Denver. There are 2 golf courses within 8 minutes of my house-Common Grounds and City Park. City Park is beautiful and a little more challenging to get a tee time so book early! The space I am taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. There is no garage but you can park close to my house. My 1,000 sq ft home is cozy and in a great neighborhood. It's a very safe and quiet area located on Poplar and 4th. I do charge a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $75 for the stay. Please don’t wash your dog in the bathtub or use my towels to clean them. In the bottom of the linen closet there is an old towel to use to wipe muddy/wet feet. There are also some dog toys and water dish. My home is in a very safe neighborhood with wide streets. The neighborhood is transitional from original ranch homes like mine, to million dollar homes next door. My neighbors are supportive of my short-term rental home. My license # 2017-BFN-0007462 expires 9/26/2024. Major close cross streets are 6th avenue 1 block east of Quebec. Guest access Downtown Denver is 12-15 min. drive. Cherry Creek is 8 min. away for other restaurants, bars and great retail stores. I am close to so many great neighborhood restaurants, 24 Hour Fitness, Orange Theory, and bus stop is less than a 5 minute walk. There is a combo lock on my front door which I will give prior to arrival. Other things to note I enjoy cooking so the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and gadgets. You may use the items in my refrigerator and spices, etc. to cook with. If there are drinks in the refrigerator those are for you to have also! Help yourself to the snack basket. Since COVID there has been an uptick all of vagrants interested in breaking in or rummaging through cars. So, keep it locked and valuables out of the car!
