For longer stays you may need to stock up - there is a Woolworths approximately 3 minutes walk away. Parking One secure parking space is available for a small to medium vehicle. It’s a singular car park with fencing either side so is nice and secure but it is at a dead end of the carpark and can be difficult to get into in a medium sized vehicle (best to reverse in). Height limit in the complex parking area is also 2m so higher vehicles should find alternate parking. It’s been thoughtfully dressed to create a comfortable and visually appealing space, perfect for a weekend away or longer stay. It’s important to note that this is an older apartment that has lived a full life. While it presents beautifully overall, there are some cosmetic signs of age, particularly in the bathroom cabinetry where the finish is worn in places and in the kitchen. While we are planning to renovate the entire apartment over time, and some fixtures and finishes have already been upgraded (hello plush new carpet in the bedrooms, beautiful Caroma rain shower heads in both bathrooms and brand new glass gas cooktop!) this apartment is best suited to someone who appreciates design, comfort, and value over brand-new finishes.
