The house consists of a spacious open-plan air-conditioned area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. There is a solar and electric water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with an oven, refrigerator, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, cooking utensils, complete dinnerware, and accessories. The living room includes a sofa bed, an extra portable bed, a 50-inch television, a fireplace, and a work table.
