Golf course in Kołczewo - 10 km away. Kitesurfing My place is good for: couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The apartment is equipped with new bedding and towels. The space The house is located in the beautiful scenery of a rural garden connected to an orchard, with a place for a bonfire and a summer kitchen. The Szczecin Lagoon with wild beaches is 500 m away. It is a great place, used at different times of the year by water sports enthusiasts (Kitesurfing, Windsurfing). The property is located 15 km from the tourist resort of Międzyzdroje and the beach on the Baltic Sea and 30 km from the border crossing of Poland and Germany in Świnoujście. For lovers of early medieval culture, the Open-air Museum of Slavs and Vikings is 4 km away, built with several dozen replicas of early medieval huts. In Wolin itself, the Regional Museum of Andrzej Kaube with an exhibition showing the rich, early medieval history of the Wolin castle. 5 km away, you will find the Wolin National Park with rich fauna and flora and numerous hiking and cycling trails. The house is located on the international bicycle route around the Baltic Sea R-10. Guest access The apartment consists of two bedrooms and a mezzanine with a total area of 100 m2, located in the attic of a one-story detached house. The owner lives on the ground floor. Guests have access to a green area belonging to the 1 ha property with a separate, equipped and roofed barbecue area, as well as a separate place to light a fire. There is a bread oven and a smokehouse. There is a ball court, badminton. In addition, it is possible to rent 6 recreational bicycles free of charge. The entire property is fenced and safe for children and pets. Other things to note During your stay, entry and exit from the property is only possible after receiving the remote control or the gate code. Since August 2019, there is a small dog (Jack Russell Terrier) on the property.
