This guesthouse studio is designed to provide premium amenities and comfort and full privacy and independence. It is ideally suited for visiting paragliging students. It is also very close to the Silicon Slopes tech complex, Sandy and Draper business districts, and five different ski resorts. The patio showcases stunning views of the Salt Lake Valley, all the way to Antelope Island. The sky above is often filled with paragliders...make yourself at home and stay a while at Pilot's Paradise! The space The cleaning regimen includes a thorough anti-bacterial wipe-down of every surface in the space....handles, knobs, counters.....every surface a hand might touch, as well as disinfecting of the environment with a commercial grade ozone ionizer. This state of the art basement apartment studio offers a full modern kitchen, granite counters, and high-end gas appliances with a private entrance. Coffee and tea are provided. Guest access Registered guests are free to use the patio and pergola on the side of the house by the guesthouse entrance. Other things to note The bathroom is a European-style bathroom where the full bathroom floor serves as the shower floor with a drain in the middle. A ceiling mounted shower curtain keeps the toilet and vanity areas dry. It's a very efficient use of space and allows for a larger shower area, but may be a new concept for some guests. A squeegee is provided to help keep the bathroom floor dry and tidy. Most guest find this very clever, but be advised it may be different from what you are used to.
