The space The lounge area features a convertible corner sofa with a real 140x190 bed, a TV and a small stereo to add a little atmosphere if you wish. The open-plan American kitchen in the living room has a large bar ideal for cooking lunch specialties or for enjoying a good aperitif, ice cubes provided by the house, thanks to the fridge (don't forget the olives). Otherwise, to avoid the chore of dishes, at your disposal is a 12-place dishwasher that gives the final touch to the equipped kitchen, not to mention the Dolce Gusto coffee maker that will wake you up on difficult mornings or not. All this at the temperature of your choice with the air conditioning. Bathroom, with large shower equipped with chromatherapy to achieve an ideal relaxing climate, at your disposal also towel dryer and hair dryer. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit 1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS a) All guests and Visitors must comply with the House Rules and any other instructions provided by the Property Manager during their stay. b) Guests must inform the Property Manager of any incident or complaint from the neighborhood as soon as possible. 2. NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD a) This Seasonal Rental is not suitable for children. Hosts are fully and at all times responsible for the safety of their children as well as any disturbance caused to the neighborhood. b) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb residents of neighboring properties, especially during the night from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., as well as during check-in and check-out c) Noise pollution is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Seasonal Rental Agreement, eviction, loss of expenses incurred and deductions from the security deposit d) Guests and their potential Visitors must not engage in any antisocial behavior. They are asked to minimize their immediate impact on the neighborhood and residents of the neighborhood. 3. VISITORS a) Guests must notify the Property Manager in advance of any visitor's arrival, who alone will give their consent or not. b) The maximum number of visitors is four (2) from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. . c) Guests are required to ensure that the maximum number of Visitors is not exceeded, and that Visitors comply with the House Rules. d) Guests wishing to invite Visitors to spend the night in the Seasonal Rental Property must inform the Property Manager at the time of booking, otherwise they will have to pay the sum of €50 per person as well as the tourist tax (the apartment only has 4 beds). 4. PARTIES AND EVENTS A) It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or any other kind of large gathering in the Seasonal Rental B) Any small group gathering must be in compliance with the other rules stipulated in these regulations, in particular with regard to Noise, Neighborhood and the number of authorized Visitors. 5. PARKING a) Guests and Visitors must comply with local parking regulations, as well as the other conditions listed below, and are requested to show consideration for neighbors and other vehicles; b) Parking at the Seasonal Rental Property is as follows, one vehicle per apartment and will be indicated to you upon arrival. 6. WASTE AND SORTING a) Guests and their Visitors are required to dispose of their garbage and waste for recycling in the bins provided for this purpose and in accordance with the procedure in force at the Seasonal Rental Property (detailed below). Rubbish must not be left in a public area or in the common areas under any circumstances b) Garbage and waste to be recycled must be disposed of in the yellow or blue bins located at the entrance of the residence 7. SECURITY a) Whenever guests leave the Seasonal Rental, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed in order to preserve the safety of the accommodation and prevent potential damage caused by rain. b) Guests must turn off lights, air conditioning, fans, and electronic devices such as televisions when not in use to conserve energy. It is forbidden to leave the air conditioning on when the Guests are away from the Seasonal Rental Property. 8. HOT TUB a) The SPA can only be used between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m. b) For safety reasons, the use of glass is prohibited in the hot tub. Failure to do so will result in a fine being deducted from the security deposit. c) The spa is exclusively reserved for relaxation, big hugs are forbidden. d) Visitors are not allowed to enjoy the hot tub without paying a fee of €25 per person. e) Guests must supervise babies and children at all times when using the hot tub (which is not recommended), the water temperature of the hot tub must not exceed 32º. At no time can the responsibility of the property manager be called into question, even in the event of drowning. f) Guests are required to notify the property promptly of any malfunction of the hot tub or insufficient water level (lower than the high nozzles of the lying area) g) Guests must put the spa cover back on h) NO SMOKING IN THE HOT TUB i) Electrical appliances (cell phone, tablet, computer, among others) are prohibited in the hot tub. The property is not responsible for any damage and/or splashing that occurs to an electrical appliance placed near the spa (even in the event of a technical failure of the spa) j) The ideal temperature of use of the hot tub is not guaranteed upon your arrival at the cottage, it may be necessary to wait a few hours for it to heat up. 9. RELAXATION AREA a) Guests must supervise babies and children at all times while using the relaxation area. b) Please be quiet between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 10. TOBACCO a) Guests are not allowed to smoke in the Seasonal Rental. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit. b) Guests must properly dispose of their cigarette butts (e.g. in the ashtrays provided) and must not throw them on the grounds of the Property. Failure to do so will result in a deduction from the deposit. 11. PETS a) Please consult before, large dogs and 1st category dogs are not accepted; 12. DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE a) Any broken object and any damage caused must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as possible. Failure to report may result in a deduction from the security deposit. b) To avoid breakage and damage, furniture should not be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Please also note that c) Towels must not leave the property (to go to the beach, for example). 13. DEPARTURE Check-out must be done before 1 p.m. Please inform the property of your check-out time the day before your departure. The following rules apply to key handover, security, cleaning, waste, etc.: The fridge and garbage cans must be emptied and cleaned. Dishes should be clean and put away The dishwasher must be emptied Failure to comply with these rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit. 14. COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES a) Violation of any rule included in these House Rules constitutes a violation of the General Conditions of Occupancy, in accordance with the Rental Agreement. b) The Owner and the Manager reserve the right to terminate the occupancy permit and evict from the Seasonal Rental Property any Traveler or Visitor refusing to comply with the House Rules or causing disturbances to neighbors or other residents of the community. C) The property is in no way responsible for theft or damage caused by a third party, in the apartment or in the vehicle; you will be asked to take the necessary precautions.
