Kivikoski cottage in Pyhtää, Finland

A charming riverside property that consists of two grey log-wood cottages that together can sleep 5-8 people. The property is located 1 hour drive from Helsinki. Beautiful river views can be admired from the main building. A Hot Outdoor Tub and a separate riverside sauna for rent The space The Kivikoski cottage is located by the Kymijoki river and there is a beautiful view to the river from the living room and from the terrace of the main building. The cottage can accommodate 5-8 people. There are two bedrooms and two small sleeping lofts with beds. The villa is ideal for small groups, parties and for families all year around. Kivikoski villa consists of two grey logwood-buildings. There is a main building with one bedroom, two lofts, a livingroom, a kitchen, a wood heated sauna and a toilet. In the smaller cottage there is a bedroom for three people and a toilet. Buildings total area is about 70 m2. The two bedrooms can together accommodate 5 people. In addition to this there are two small lofts (accessible by a ladder) that has sleeping facilities for 3 plus some mattresses. Beds and bedrooms according to the list below: -1 triple bedroom in a separate building. All beds are 80 cm wide. Two of the beds are located side by side. - 1 double bedroom with 2 x 80 cm wide beds - one small loft in the living-room with a 120 cm wide mattress - one small loft above the bedroom with 2 x 75 cm wide mattress The villa is ideal for self-catering. The kitchen in the cottage and the gas grill on the yard offer wonderful possibilities for barbecue and for cooking together.  The nearest village Pyhtää is only 1 km from the cottage and the the nearest city Kotka is only about 30 km from the Kivikoski cottage. In Kotka you can find a golf-course, beautiful restaurants and interesting museums. The closest restaurant is about 9 km from the villa. Other things to note Cleaning and bed linen are not included in the pricing. Bed linen and towels are 20€/set. You can either clean by yourself or order cleaning from us. Cleaning will be charged according to the work, but the minimum charge upon booking is 120 €. This includes 2,5 hours cleaning. Some pets might be allowed. Bringing pets must be agreed beforehand with the landlord in writing. Extra charge for each pet is 10€ per day. A wood-heated outdoor tub is available for rent. One day use is 80 euros.
