There are air conditioners on the ground floor and in each of the bedrooms on the first floor. It also has Wi-Fi with the highest speed and smart tv in the living room. The kitchen has a variety of cooking utensils, small tools, coffee and beverage machines. There are bed linen and towels as well as blankets for guests in the winter months. One bedroom has a kingsize bed and the other has a double bed, desk and bookcase. There is also a sofa bed in the upstairs hall. Also, there is equipment for a baby cot.
